★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely POOR service. Totally dishonest staff. AVOID at all costs. They are unprofessional, give lots of false information (e.g. the agent told me that the property's floor was engineered when it was cheap laminate) and do everything so that you buy/rent their properties. Most of the good reviews you will see for them, are from the agents themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a call back March asking for my personal information including address. The lady who called me was Leah and she told me they want to send me an iPad for client appreciation. After a few weeks, I still did not get what they Promised. What’s even worse, I called them twice and was always told by Leah that they will call me back the same day to give me an update, which they never did.
After all these hassles, I just want to tell the owner if you don’t want to give clients the gift and want to collect their personal information, just ask instead of those gift lies. I totally lost my trust on this realty firm. Imagine doing business with a firm who said something but never keep their words, especially in the real estate market….
