Pricing is excellent compared to other stores. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Staff on the phone is very friendly and professional. Definitely will order more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is generally quite good but I recently had a very negative experience where I waited for half an hour for something and then I was told to come back later and this was after I had been told the day before that the product was ready for pickup. Major communication problem somewhere because as I was leaving the store clerk ran outside and said he had the bottle. So what up?

Also great customer service: there was issues on the shipping (not from them, but the carrier), and they were supporting and helpful throughout the process, although it was probably as pain for them than for me to deal with the carrier’s errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered 6 bottles of Macallan a month ago, they told me they had only five fine. They said they could use the one bottle to pay for the shipping, i agreed. Since then, it's been countless calls and emails and still no action to ship my products. I have paid $380 a month ago and still have nothing. Very poor service by the management. The shipping guy keeps telling me to email, the owner says my emails are going to junk. Horror show. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made the drive from Calgary to buy 6 bottles of bourbon. This place easily has the best prices compared to most Calgary ones...when on sale, BUT, the issues started when I arrived at the store.
First, I was told the online store was different to the actual store so things wouldn't be the same, which made absolutely no sense to me (unnecessary confusion), and the guy helping agreed it seemed confusing. Second, the prices were much higher in store, and I had to get the guy to price match to the online prices. Third, the stock was not accurate at all...I was only able to find 3 of the bottles I wanted, online info was NOT accurate. 4th, the knowledge here was lacking. I definitely knew more then the two in store, to be fair, the main guy at the till was new, said he was still in school. The positives...the guy working there was calm and friendly...was able to keep me calm after I got frustrated wasting my time making the drive there.
All in all, don't think I will be back...prices weren't worth the effort and confusion.
