We were hastily trying to complete a project and Marius sent an amazing installer to help correct some errors from the previous trade. They made time to fit our small job in, allowing us to feel like a bigger and more important client.
We will certainly use them when we get to doing the bathrooms and refinishing our hardwood.

Our carpet arrived very quickly as ordered. The great service followed through with installation. The installation team was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. When we had a mix up with one of the boxes they didn’t even hesitate to switch it and called their suppliers when the supplier would not switch it himself. Literally fought for us.
The quality of floors was perfect and the colour we chose was stunning.
We will happy be repeat customers here.

It's clear he loves what he does and takes the time to provide the best service to his customers. I've never met a supplier who was actively trying to save me money, which I greatly appreciated.
He was incredibly patient with me as I made a mess in his showroom pulling out numerous samples. I'll definitely be returning to Brother's Floor Coverings for all my material needs. It's too bad I hadn't discovered this place sooner.

Marius was exceptionally kind, professional, attentive, and helpful. He was a delight to work with. He took the time to hear our ideas and to evaluate our needs and then to recommend solutions that were better than our own initial solutions. Hi truly came across as someone who genuinely cares to do right by his customers and who is building a reliable reputation for his company. I respect that. His guys were great to work with as well. They were very respectful in our home and did a superb job installing our floors. All that to say, I would definitely work with Marius again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their floors done.

We had some challenges with our flooring, coupled with a unique pattern that was an extreme challenge to line up and they took their time to ensure it was perfect.. couldn't ask for more. Also prompt and on-time, let us know what was going on, and kept us informed every step of the way. This should be the model of what all trades should follow!
