★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They don’t even deserve one star but I don’t have any choice but to start with at least one. Please please please don’t go to them. They take your personal crucial information and take it to the back and do your taxes without having you there, you don’t know what they are doing with your crucial information like social security. Charge unnecessary amount. Not professional at all. Lady at the front desk is so rude doesn’t have any etiquette to talk to a client. I was recommended to go there but that was the biggest mistake, never recommend them at all, they don’t even know how to handle the clients. You call them, the dillusional receptionist doesn't even know what she is saying on the call, they just make you Come to them to get your money. Highly highly unrecommended.???? bid thumbs down

I went there and asked if they still doing personal taxes at this hour, first thing that lady on reception said “should have filled in the starting months” in a rudely tone, which basically means during February or March!!! I’m sorry if you don’t wanna do it, then straight up say no. There’s no point of dropping your anger or frustration on someone who could possibly be having worst day of his life at that point… if you can’t handle work load should just quit and find something else that makes your day not something where you just start bad mouthing or scolding someone like you are his or her mother!!!! I don’t really remember the name but it was and mid aged lady
