I had some questions regarding filing of return as I had to incur lots of medical expenses last year. When I went for the appointment, rather than answering the questions first, the guy over there started filing everything. As I wasn’t satisfied with the information he gave, I asked him not to submit my return and keep it on hold. He asked me to make the payment before leaving and I did. Later on when I found a complete answer to my questions at some other place, I called pro tax block to refund my money as I didn’t want to proceed with them, the receptionist said that because you came to us, we prepared your file.. so it means that you were satisfied. I tried to explain her that when I took the appointment I clearly mentioned that I have questions about my expenses. After that she said it would be difficult to refund your money because we already spent 15-20 minutes with you. It clearly means they offer services for $100/hr!! Save your money and find someone better who actually explains you everything and files your return in front of you and not by hiding behind the screen.
