In spite of the ready list of realtors from where I could have chosen one, I went out of my way to choose Ajay as my realtor. He gave me his expert opinions and advice. From Day One, Ajay was so engrossed in getting my property sold that I wondered how he had enough time to attend to his other clients' needs. I later discovered that he treats all his clients with undivided loyalty and attention. Almost on a weekly basis he would interpret the Calgary housing market to me and then offer advice to counter the negative market forces. Ajay Kainth represents the definition of PROFESSIONALISM and EXCELLENT ETHICAL CONDUCT. His FEEDBACK SYSTEM IS AWESOME. Needless to say he sold my property to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
