★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy....was told to get brakes checked, emergency brake and tires before installation...had some dash lights on but was told deal with the other things mentioned...did so came back then they told me you have to deal with dash lights now...talk about frustration...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two dogs were nice , greeted us at the door played fetch and the chocolate lab sits pretty on z chair but no one came out of their office to help us for at least 5 minuates even though this place was a referral they couldnt sell us 12 volt 20 amp wiring to put some lights on my pull truck ,,so I went and spent some good money with good ppl elsewhere ,,this place is lucky i gave them two stars ,,especially in today's economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again this year, Sidewinders adjusted and serviced the hand controls on my vehicle. The service job was punctual and took about 1 hour to perform. Throughout the staff was friendly and informative AND my hand controls have never worked better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sidewinder was the least expensive provider of this service we could find. They provided us with a no-cost loaner vehicle while our van was being converted. The conversion was completed on schedule for the price promised. The quality of the work done appears to be good (no squeaks, no rattles and the vehicle rides well). Friendly and efficient service each time we communicated with any employee. I would recommend Sidewinder. Thank you Clint for everything you did for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price and friendly service until they sell the vehicle. I’ve been with them for 6 years. Maintenance and customer service are bad. I had to fix the van ramp and deploy battery for many times. In each time it will work for a couple of weeks before it breaks down again. Technicians and their leaders don’t have an idea what they’re doing. Very poor communication between staff that I have to repeat myself to everyone separately and that i pick up the van with some issues unsolved. Aggressiveness with the customer and disrespect to their time. Refused to admit hitting and deforming the van door while in service. Won’t recommend it to anyone.
