We were looking for a used Freightliner and had put in a lot of time looking for the right truck and had contacted many dealers across Canada. During our search we came across Exxel Truck Equipment in Chilliwack, BC. It was a smaller Heavy truck/ equipment dealer but being local was a bonus and we soon contacted Bert to inquire about a Used Freightliner MV Business Class truck they had in stock. Our initial contact was very positive, unfortunately, Bert had advised he was in the process of selling the truck to another client but if it fell through we were next on the list. Luckily for us, the transaction fell through with the other customer and he called us right away to advise the truck was still available. First impressions are very important and he was true to his word. We ended up purchasing the truck and drove ithome to Richmond to find out that it had a leak. We quickly contacted Bert and he again stepped up to the plate and said he wanted the issue fixed and he wouldn't be happy knowing that we purchased a vehicle that had an issue. So we took it to our mechanic who fixed the issue and Bert paid for the bill. Very impressed with this customer service. There was no debating, it was just taken care of right away, no questions asked. In conclusion, we want to point out that Bert was very professional during our vehicle purchase. He cares about his customers and went over and above to make our experience a positive one. He was very transparent, open, honest and approachable. We are very happy with our Purchase and would highly recommend this establishment. They have a wide variety of HD Trucks, Vans, Equipment, etc. In this day and age it is rare to come across a business who actually care about their customers. Most establishments want to make a quick sale and get you out the door with a padded pocket. This is not the case with Exxel Truck Equipment Sales.
