Dale arranged my car rental, drove me to work and when the repairs were complete he dropped my car off right in front of my office. I can't say enough great things about the quality, professional repair and the incredible service!! Thank you Shuswap Collision!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had to replace the front bumper, but did not put it on right, put it on crooked, the space was wider on one side than the other. I took it back they redid it but they still did not, as far as I am concern, do it right. It still is not centred properly, it is farther to one side than the other. They really don’t take pride in what they do, it is get it in and get it out.

Great work on the bodywork and paint repair. there were some nagging and persisting intermittent issues with a turn signal that didn't work but the they showed commitment in getting to the bottom of the problem and resolving it. I would not hesitate to use Shuswap Collision again.

Had gone to another shop for an estimate but sounded too much like a rip off. Luckily, got a second opinion from Dave and Dale. They were not my first choice but from now on, they will be my only choice for auto repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dale helped me out big time with ICBC. got my estimates and approval all done in about an hour. then they squeezed my truck in during the christmas/ newyears week to get me back on the road before the new year. i am so thankful for them getting me in and dealt with and back driving so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being new to Salmon Arm, I first went to Shuswap Collision in 2020 to have the aluminum door panel on my Arctic Cat WildCat side by side repaired that was dented from a mishap on the trail.
Dale fixed it for me at no charge!
I recently took our Nissan Rogue there as the Sun Roof had exploded and was replaced under ICBC coverage.
It was a pleasure again dealing with Dale and Cynthia. Awesome friendly customer service! I highly recommend their business.
