My wife and I recently moved out of province and needed to sell our 2 condos in downtown Calgary quickly. In this challenging market for sellers, we met with 5 real estate agents of which Shrav was a breath of fresh air. He was enthusiastic, responsive, courteous, and understanding of our needs. Upon moving out, Shrav arranged for everything from picking up our keys, cleaning of the properties, touchups, photography, videography, and movement of items including checking up on the property on a weekly basis. Although we were far away, Shrav provided us with regular updates by phone and text. We especially appreciated his marketing on multiple social media platforms. Additionally, Shrav went the extra mile by digital staging and putting up physical signs to showcase the property. Overall, we were very happy with his services and would definitely recommend him to family and friends moving forward

I was a first time home buyer; afraid of rising prices across Canada, overpaying, bidding, and buying a property largely virtually in a city I didn't even reside in yet. But Shrav made it a wonderful experience.
He was hands-on & informative, from start to finish. He was spot-on in his instincts of which homes not to buy during walk throughs & the bidding process, thereby preventing me from overpaying on the house I ended up buying, which in my opinion speaks to the amount of experience he has in real estate. Shrav was not overly pushy like a lot of realtors tend to be, especially given the rising prices in the area I bought.
He connected me with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and house inspectors who worked around my virtual home buying process. I had been nervous about not understanding a house's pecularities, but Shrav was expressive in his video walk-throughs, pointing out details I might not have noticed even in person. He even went above and beyond in giving me friendly advice on how to best manage my new home.
I have recommended Shrav to friends without reservation and I intend on going to him again for any property needs.
