★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted owner Bill MacDougall to inquire about a property and find out if a showing would be possible. Responded to my initial email, then no response, ignored my follow-up email trying to arrange date for showing. Partner tried contacting as well by phone this time to see if phone is better, and no response to him either. Very unprofessional and very poor communication skills. Would not recommend listing your home with this realtor as he is ignoring potential buyers.

He helped us with offers on purchases in several situations. He offers valuable experience in negotiation and meeting your goals and doesn't push. So many realtors can push you to accomplish their goals. Bill helps you accomplish yours. He's always been quick to communicate and thorough in his response. Bill is fantastic! I've referred many people to him and have only heard positive feedback.
