I started the treatment at their office located in Courtenay then transferred to the Langford office and it has been an incredible experience. The staff at both locations are very professional and friendly. Thanks to Dr. Helpard and Dr.MacFadden and their team for the amazing job they did with my teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Shoreline thus far (2+ years). All staff are extremely accommodating and professional at all times. Robyn has made the experience less stressful, leading to good laughs being had all around. Dr McFadden ensures continuity of services provided and is 'patient first' orientated, without compromising the quality of work. Overall amazing people to work with through this journey. Would highly recommend!

The staff was very professional and friendly and made my son feel really comfortable as he was a bit nervous about it all. I left having all my questions answered and I’m feeling very good about choosing Shoreline dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first service of any kind that I set up after moving to this city, and I cannot describe how wonderful it was to encounter such a friendly and welcoming staff. It was such a different experience and environment from where I was transferring from, that it not only improved my view of orthodontic treatment, but help reduce the trepidation I had about settling into a new place as well.
I have such love for the staff and how they worked around covid and the payment difficulties it brought me at times. Most everyone seemed to know me immediately. Dr. McFadden is surely a foremost expert in her field, kindly working with the difficult transferred brackets that I had, and helping to get my mouth at a point where it could close like a normal human.
I wish that I had this experience from the start, and I cannot imagine recommending someone go anywhere else.
