I highly recommend Doc Braces Victoria! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the services are good. I am in the middle of my Invisalign treatment and am happy with the results so far. They are open about your treatment plan and update you often on how your alignment is progressing. I appreciate their feedback and encouragement each appointment. :)

I was referred to Dr. Duncan over 5 years ago and they are truly amazing. From the moment you walk into the door, the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff greet you by name and get you setup right away for your appointment. Both my son and daughter have received treatment from Dr. Duncan and we couldn't praise his thoroughness and care enough. Both my children have now finished their care and their teeth are just beautiful and we couldn't thank the team enough for my son and daughter's new smiles. We are so sad we wont be seeing them as often but really thrilled with the outcome!!!

Just want to thank Dr. Duncan and his team for the amazing care and orthodontic work that they showed to my daughter. My daughter's case was a challenging one, and our first orthodonist was not able to deliver the results we expected. Dr. Duncan took on our case and after 18 months we were extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Duncan for your orthodontic needs. My experience with docbraces has been great since the moment I started with them. You are treated to a professional and enthusiastic staff that seem genuinely interested in helping you succeed. Any questions I had were answered honestly and completely which really made me feel confident I was making the right choices. There is no high-pressure sales tactics or pushing of unnecessary procedures and all my options were laid out in a way I could understand. Dr. Duncan clearly knows what he is doing and really had my best outcome in mind. When presenting options to me, he was very honest with what each would result in and offered his "if you were my daughter" recommendations as well. If anyone else is considering orthodontics I'd recommend they go for a free consult!

I certainly fault myself for not doing my due diligence and pro actively conducting more in depth research, relative to other available local orthodontists and pricing prior to investing with Dr. Duncan and his practice. I would strongly suggest to others that they do. Based on mine and my daughter's experience, I can not recommend Dr. Duncan's office for any orthodontic procedure. At the initial stages of consultation it was suggested that one of my daughter's wisdom teeth be removed and that the other remaining three would not pose an issue to the final overall alignment of her teeth. The said tooth was removed prior to commencing treatment, and this was the last that was heard about the wisdom teeth. My daughter wore her braces for 2 years and upon completion of her course of treatment, her teeth did not appear to be at the point that I had expected. Dr. Duncan was questioned in regards to this matter at which point he said this was the best they were going to be as a result of the position and shape of her teeth. My husband and I were definitely concerned as we had invested an exorbitant amount of money and time into her treatment and were not satisfied. Jump forward to 2020, and her teeth are now shifting despite adherence to all suggested post treatment orthodontic protocols put forth by Dr. Duncan's office. Upon a recent return visit to his practice, to again express concern, it was now suggested that during the initial consultation, it was advised for us to remove all four of her wisdom teeth. This said advice was never conveyed at any point pre treatment and we recently received a copy of a letter from Dr. Duncan to our dentist, dated over one year after my daughter's transition to a retainer, that recommended the removal of the three remaining wisdom teeth. Upon receiving this information, we immediately saw an oral surgeon, and established a surgical date, not only to attempt to salvage her "straightened" teeth but also because one of the remaining wisdom teeth is in position to cause the compression of a facial nerve. Contact with Dr. Duncan's office again, has resulted in the requisition of thousands of more dollars to correct the above mentioned fiasco and that will never happen. There will be an upcoming formal complaint though, lodged with the appropriate dental/orthodontic licensing and governing body in regards to what transpired with both Dr. Duncan and our now retired dentist.

Both of my sons have gone through their orthodontic care with Dr Duncan. I have appreciated the ease of this office right from appointment to financial flexibility. There has been a good flow of communication between our family and Dr Duncan and his staff. Everyone has been very kind. My son’s have great smiles and I would recommend this office to friends and family.

This review is for Dr. Duncan not the other orthodontists as I have never actually visited this clinic, but was a patient of Dr. Duncan back when I was a child. Its been over a decade since I've visited Dr. Peter Duncan. 12 years later and my bite is still perfect. If you are and individual who believes in the highest grade of quality this is the orthodontist for you. This is a life long investment in your teeth and you will not regret it if you get a smile done by Dr. Duncan.

Dr. Duncan and his team have a warm, sincere professionalism and an adherence to excellence and precision that is impressive. The office is modern and uplifting, appointments are on time, and the team is calm, cheerful, welcoming and knowledgeable. My daughter and I have been patients for several years and both of us have complicated cases. Dr. Duncan and his team are courteous and patient, always taking time to thoroughly explain our care to us. I especially appreciate that they explain my daughter's treatment directly to her, making her feel involved in her orthodontic plan. I feel confident and comfortable about our care, knowing that Dr. Duncan's excellence and thoroughness thread through every aspect of his practice. The office is very smoothly-run: from a kind reception, through booking appointments, to the ease of direct billing, every part of being a patient at docbraces Victoria is pleasant.
