★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed today with shoppers, I've never had a bad experience at this location before. I came in the store just before closing and was told very rudely that they were closing. I asked if I could quickly grab what I was looking for. The item I was looking for was moved, I asked for some help I did get some help but the clerks were a little impatient, I though of one more item I needed and veered to find it until the supervisor made a rude announcement the pay for my items because they were closing. Never ever have I been treated like that anywhere. Your Supervisor needs a little patience when ushering customers out the door. I usually buy all my cosmetics there but from now on I will be shopping elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the treatment I experienced today at this store was disgusting. Shoppers themselves nice- the pharmacy well after today im changing pharmacies it just absolutely AWFUL. Reccomened the Save on Foods pharmacy if you wanna be treated like a decent human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience i ever had. No customer service skills. Its a complaint about the passport photo which was not taken properly- too much shadow on the face as well as it was not cut properly first time, the lines of cutting are visible and i came back all the way from my home to set it. And then the lady cut the picture diagonal it was not the size i needed. I was so disappointed because i went back to get my refund and the lady said their is nobody who can help me with it. I went back from my break and my problem was not solved. You guys needed to get a professional and good employees who can satisfy the customers need. I went there three times and still they could not helped me. Awful services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to speak to anyone on the phone. Everything is automated. Conglomerate public dichotomy at its worst. And, each and every reply to negative reviews is a basic boilerplate message. No connection at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take the time to put the proper hours on your Dawson Creek website. It's 2 hours off! Says open at 8am Sunday, but it's 10AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is great but when you need to return an item they don't believe you did not open it and managers do anything to do not replace it for something else or give you your money back I have to go from Dawson to Grande Prairie Shoppers to replace an item there I didn't have any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store & post office really lacking customer service here. manager wouldn't do an exchange, refund or store credit for a unused nasal product bought a day before with receipt and everything, they tried telling me it was final sale, I was never told this at the time of purchase and neither is it stated on the receipt return policy, but go figure they did it for my in GP. Post office to wouldn't give me tape for alittle envelope I was mailing for a birthday gift. Really sad actually. It was sitting at her desk and I pointed out why can't u just give me a piece. She took joy in telling me no.
