Ordered $87 worth of food and drinks for a client. Was told that it would only take ten minutes (which was a big part of the reason I decided to order in the first place, as I had a meeting out of town to get to). After 20 minutes, the coffee was ready. I asked where th food was, and she explained that no food had been started. After waiting another 15-20 minutes she gave me only 8 out of my 11 food items. At this point I was so late that I had to leave. So in addition to being late for my meeting, I paid for food items I didn't even receive. I've had a similar issue here before. I will never be back.

Their coffee and price is a jolt compared to our famous timmies, but, not bad when you need a jolt of caffeine that taken at the right time of day, no crash where needed is more than one small size cup for that day, also, it is fresher java, I believe it is in store ground beans

I don't go here often but when I do I am always impressed by the friendly staff. I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered. My biggest criticism is across all Starbucks - they are for me a rare visit because they are very expensive.

Espresso machine was broken so no espresso based drinks, which is fine. I ordered a black DRIP COFFEE instead. Assuming they had to brew a new pot I was patient while the employees joked, goofed off, and made no less than 5 other drinks while I waited. Finally, at the 15 minute mark I went and asked when the coffee would be ready. Not only did they completely forget but not one of them apologized nor offered compensation. I don't actually want a free coffee, but a sincere apology would have been appreciated when you wait 15 minutes with not one staff member asking if you were waiting for something or if you're doing alright while waiting on DRIP COFFEE.

The woman working didn't seem to understand my request for my drink initially however I did receive the beverages I requested with no errors in making them

As a former barista here I'm disappointed to see how far down the quality has come for the amount of questions they ask you. Don't ask for my name ask for my drink and get me out of there. MOST of the baristas don't know a cappuccino from extra foam, don't know how to aerate properly to get the right micro foam, and to make the simplest of drinks can take them 10+ mins . Lack of training and leadership has made this a sad location to visit
