T	The Canadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to get a prescription filled. At the time my wife and I were under self quarentine and needed prescriptions filled. I am a diabetic and was running out of insulin. When speaking to the pharmacist I explained we are in quarantine and he abruptly stopped me and ask me what my question is. What a rude person. He was not interested in my situation and just told me to come into the pharmacy. I am reporting him to the health authorities.

The pharmacist keep on telling him that he needs insurance and wouldn't give him his medication. My husband was trying to explain to him that his medication are already paid for, but he wasn't listen. And didn't even look on the system. Now my husband is out of his meds. He doesn't want to go back because of that bad experience

We stopped in to get a shot for our daughter and he was very unwilling to help us. (Even though we called prior to coming in). Poor customer service. We went to the Pharmasave instead. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The pharmacist is especially rude can't even ask her a question without her being very rude and walks away. This pharmacy should either have a new manager cause obviously she doesn't care about customer service either or she would shape her staff up
S	Stephanie Spurrier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service from the male pharmacist I spoke with on the phone. He cut me off and was mad at me for asking for a prescription to be transferred back to a different pharmacy in a different city. He was mad that they spent time filling medications and now had to reverse it. Most pharmacies I deal with are much more professional and courteous then this individual. Medications were previously transferred due to a death in the family. I will not be using them again in the future.
Y	Youngs_4Him on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is struggling like most in Pincher Creek. They cannot retain pharmacists and are often overwhelmed. Had great service from the one staff pharmacist and a long term pharmacy assistant. Contract staff are not friendly and store staff are mostly under qualified and not helpful. But they have the best hours in town.
J	Jaydn Ney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several bad experiences here with the pharmacy. I have been absolutely grilled about my medications and why I am on them a number of times. And not in a friendly manner. In one seriously awful encounter I left the store embarrassed, ashamed and upset about taking the medications that treat my anxiety diagnosis. It feels unnecessary to ask about such personal details that I barely feel comfortable sharing with my doctor, let alone my pharmacist. I understand that they want to make sure I'm taking the medication for a good cause but a simple answer of "it's for anxiety" should suffice. Interviewing the customer about their health history is not in the job description. When transferring my prescriptions elsewhere I was met with angry and rude comments on the phone. Go elsewhere!
