★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I was in a complete panic having lost a bottle of my medication... I called on the off chance that the pharmacy could help me and they did. The pharmacist was very calm and helpful. Asia was the pharmacist assistant and she was very VERY sweet and helpful. This pharmacy is amazing. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned the first time on hold with the pharmacy for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back a few minutes later still on hold for 6 minutes. Very poor customer phone service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an ear syringe while I was in the store. When it came in they phoned me to let me know that my order was in because I gave them my name and phone number when I ordered it. I went in the next day and they had sold it to someone else even though my name was on it... so I'll shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful experience at the pharmacy, The lady was extremely rude! I had dropped a prescription off to be filled and they said 45 minutes. I came back to fill it and she was extremely impolite claiming they had filled an inhaler on June 12th at a different pharmacy. I asked her to call the other pharmacy to confirm it was not picked up as I have moved 10 hours away. She proceeded to yell at me that they only fill prescriptions for inhalers every sixty days and I would have to wait until that expired before I could refill the prescription. ? I suggest finding a more well informed pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 items on sale - all 3 items rang through at much more than the price listed on the shelf. When asked about it, the store would only match 2 of the items to the shelf price and would not honor the 3rd item which was labeled as a "price freeze."
Not the first time I've had a bad experience in this store. There are many other options in town, no need to shop here. Save yourself the frustration (and some money!) Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning at 8am, right when the store opened. They had not 1 item from the sale flyer. So much for 2 day special sale. Was told they won't be getting the sale items either. False advertising much? Probably just a con to get people in store... What a joke! Rate this a 2 only because the pharmacy is great otherwise it would be a 1. Waste of my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a drug store located in the heart of Port Aberni town which we visited in June 2019. It is good for mainly allopathic medicines, but I could not find one particular herbal product which I required, and which is easily available in my Indian home town. There is sufficient parking near the store.

I hope some one read this feedback and take a corrective action. I would like to request to other customer, please shop somewhere else if you could and Stay away from this location.
