★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been left without critical pain medication on numerous occasions due to the terrible pharmacy service. It is impossible to refill a prescription remotely despite all the supposed options. The pharmacy does not stock the amount of medication requested by the prescription. When questioned about the lack of access to a prescription the staff has responded with either indifference or condescension. Pretty sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit, one year later and nothing has changed. If I have to check myself out where is my employee discount? Why am I paying full price and you're paying employees but I'm doing their job?
Three people in line to self checkout and a cashier leaning on the counter not doing a thing. No discount for doing the cashier's job for her, I put everything down and walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank God for this pharmacy. I didn't realize that my blood pressure pills were not a refill. So I called my np office belleville and quinte health care for 3 days trying to get a refill. The receptionist at belleville quinte healthcare in trenton informed me she would talk to np as soon as she could. As this is Friday and she could not guarantee that it would be done again today I called shoppers and they put through my prescription. I had run out of my pills 3 days ago so thank you to all the people working at this store. As a side note if your looking for a receptionist job, belleville and quinte health care in trenton should be hiring but the prerequisite is you don't need a personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked our second covid booster shot through Shoppers Drug Mart in Belleville, Ontario prior to travelling to ensure we had maximum protection during our trip. Having also received a confirmation email reminding us of our appointment, we were shocked to find that they had no vaccines available when we arrived.
We received NO call and No e-mail to inform us of the problem prior to our scheduled time which would have saved us the inconvenience of having to go to the store.
Staff blamed Head Office for booking the appointment and took no responsibility for the error.
Terrible customer service Shopper Drug Mart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a senior citizen, I bought a one touch meter and when I brought it home it didn’t work…. Kept reading error message. Brought it back and asked for help with the machine and was told to come back tomorrow as there was no one who knows the machine. Checking my blood is very important as I’m diabetic which didn’t seem to concern them at all. The pharmacist, an elderly man with an accent is not accommodating, he’s abrupt and everyone seems to be afraid of him. Very disappointed with this shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoppers does not have enough cashiers on shift. They rely on the self checkout which is usually fine at most places. The issue here is there is ALWAYS a huge line with one cashier for all the lotto junkies.
