★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHY IS ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING A MASK AND ASSISTING CUSTOMERS?!!! I went to the Canada Post area and the young lady was NOT wearing ANY type of face covering! NOTHING! Since when did this become ok, Shoppers Drug Mart?!! I didn’t even stay because if it’s acceptable for your employees to not wear masks then THIS ISNT A PLACE I WANT TO DO BUSINESS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often shop at this location, but had an extra special experience today. As a local business owner I understand how a well run organization works. I had an issue with a gift card that normally would not be able to be dealt with due to my own disregard but within the specific circumstances the owner allowed it to be corrected, along with the staff who were well trained to follow procedures and deal with the situation appropriately. I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate great service and a well run business. I will be back and most definitely share my positive experience with all of our friends, family and dedicated clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had multiple bad experiences at this location.
Firstly, DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM ANY SHOPPERS DRUG MART. They do not stand by the products they sell. And once you leave the store, tough luck on any issues you may have I purchased an RCA TV that was on special in November. Took it home, found it was defective and came back to the store 6 days later. Was told by manager Lizy the return exclusion is on the receipt (it is not and I showed her my receipt) and that I would have been told at the time of purchase by cashier (I was not ). She then resorted to "well it's on the website". Great fallback. I have now spent the last 4 months dealing with an equally horrible manufacturer. Don't peddle products you won't support.
Secondly, chances of getting a Presto card properly purchased and loaded is about 50/50. And get ready for issues when you come back to try to get the problem corrected.
Davis and Leslie has the best customer service in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Recently installed self checkouts which are a must when people are getting lotto or seniors counting change. Employees always friendly. Store is clean. They don’t have a lot of selection like some other sdms. No toilet paper like the rest of the world right now. However better than going to the Asian store next door for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On hold for 45 minutes for one simply question: Is flu shot available at your location? Guy answered the phone with no sure answer, and ask me to find out online.
Franchisee of this location, please spend some time with your pharmacy team to go over your customer service expectations. What I experienced really hurts the shopping confidence. The sales of the flu shot may not be suffice but this is the incremental sales all other wants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was not professional and unkind the prizes on some products are misleading and she didn’t admit with that, even is proven with photos, because it happen more than one time.
I was so upset, and return the box.
Even, I am shopping in this store at least two times weekly, but nobody behave with me inappropriate like the manager, and more that one time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had covid a week ago, now i start showing some symptoms, really need some rapid test kits to monitor myself, there are tons laying on the floor, but the cashier kept saying the store is scheduled to distribute the test kit on Saturday,not any other hours, even there are leftovers. I called the store manager, she told me those are different packages for business, not for individual. I know what the package look like, exactly the same. I can't believethis is happening in Canada. Shame
