Bon gave me a call shortly after receiving prescription from my doctor and he's spent aprox. half an hour of time with me on the phone discussing all the details and side effects of the medication. Additionally, he's offered free delivery of the medication to Barrie. Thank you so much Bon and Skycare Pharmacy!!! I'm so gratefull!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 5 weeks for a prescription, called multiple times, no help. Still waiting--UPDATE* Mark from Skycare called me and sorted it all out, even had a staff meeting to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Just picked up my prescription today, the staff were all wonderful and accommodating.

My wife and I tried to procure a specialized compounded eye prescription at three different York Region pharmacies each of which claimed that the sterile compound requested by my Ophthalmologist was much too complicated for them to produce. Fortunately, the last location we visited recommended Skycare Pharmacy located at 540 Davis Dr. in Newmarket and thanks to the tenacity and unflinching resolve of the exceptional staff at Skycare Pharmacy we were finally able to have this request filled in a timely fashion which as a result has contributed significantly to me retaining my visual acuity. The Skycare Pharmacy Team are in a word exceptional! They are polite, professional, compassionate, and provide a level of genuine customer service, including “follow up”, that I have not experienced in many years. I would specifically like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the owner Mark Bashta and his associate pharmacist Ernie for their exemplary commitment re: my particular medical issue and as mentioned, I was extremely impressed with the service I received from your establishment.

I have been fighting some serious health issues over the last decade or so, and quite frankly each professional I worked with never got on the same page. I have fought long and hard to try to combat my health issues, often times alone and never felt truly heard until now. Mark and his team, not only listen, they offer true and valuable guidance. My journey has been long and hard, but somehow, someway, I found Skycare Pharmacy. They are more than a regular pharmacy, they are a true instrument on your journey to wellness. It's not just about filling a prescription bottle, it's about whole health and wellness. They offer their expertise, an ear...as well as strongly grounded recommendations that can help change and save your life. I know some of this sounds dramatic, but it's not. When you fight every day to be well, and nothing is going your way, i urge you to call them up and ask for help. They have changed my life and given me hope.
