I asked for something that would be a little extra work, and she sat silently on the other line, waiting for me to prompt her, then she explained how much extra work it would be. I then had to prod her to tell me if it was a yes or no to my question, shockingly it was a no. Gordana is awful. Be aware, maybe bring her a coffee first before asking for old vaccination records, or other tasks that involve work.

The first person was very rude and told me that she could not book me in and didnt have access to the doctors schedule one week out. The second person I spoke to was not much better but was at least able to book an appointment 1 month out. Very disapponted in how the reception team treats the doctor’s clients.

I hate the automated phone system. Try to get an emergency appointment, no way. No choice but to try to get in at a walk in clinic or go to Emergency room. Just recently tried to call for an appointment again and was on ignore, how many times to they have to play the Covid instructions? I don't know how long they think people have to be on hold, but more than 30 minutes is disgusting.

They are an all-star team from reception, to the nurses, and doctors on the team. Dr. Roopnarian is rationale and informed. She pushes back when you don't need the antibiotics/pills and is your number one advocate when you do! My son, husband and I are in very good (life-saving) hands, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Whether you are visiting your own family physician or seeing another team member you may rest assured that you are in the care of an experienced and dedicated practitioner. Each and every time I visit the office I appreciate the experience from the administrative welcome and check-in, through to the professional visit. It is most obvious that the team is current and knowledgeable with an evidenced-based approach to assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients. I have been treated more then I would like to admit for various conditions and I have consistently experienced a level of expertise that is unsurpassed by most other doctors offices. Yes, I have waited to see my health care provider perhaps longer then I would have liked however, I understand by the level of care and time spent when it is my turn, why the staff may occasionally get behind. I feel truly grateful for every effort made to make this practice the success it is. With the high pressure that surrounds Medicare, I thank you for keeping your compassion.
L	Laura Styles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely disgusting, I called regarding my newborn son who needs an appointment stat as there first appointment needs to be within 2-3 days of being born. South lake regional hospital referred me to them as my doctor is currently on vacation. South lake said they will see newborns in emergency if your doctor isn’t available at the moment. The receptionist when I called this place was so nasty. Her attitude was beyond words! “we’ll are you a patient” “get to your own doctor” she even hung up the phone on us before I even could say anything back ect. I DO NOT recommend this place. I’m so disappointed considering this is a brand new baby whos only a few days old.
