A	Alfred Adel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today around 12:45 Tried to return a one week old item , item never opened . According to the manger any thing bought during the clearout , it is a final sale . Customers should understand without any kind of sign showing as it is a final sale . The manger had just one word “ I’m not argue “ , did not even admit this is against the store policy or at least at the future they should advise the customers or a final sale sign should be placed . Any way do not waste your time over there
S	Shirin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the third time we visited Shoppers Beauty at Langley Walnut Grove that we encountered a very kind and competent lady named Irma, who always gave us the reasonable deals while keeping our budget in mind. She is super professional and highly knowledgeable about every generation's taste. Furthermore, she is patient in listening to client demands and taking action depending on their unique needs. This is what keeps me coming back to this place to purchase the gifts and my perfumes . Another thing I note about her service is that she is really friendly and cheerful, which is exactly what a client needs to see in a shopping mall. I think this is my responsibility to introduce her to other people in my neighborhood , in case they decide to buy the beauty products from this location.
L	LJ Fayant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is usually my go to Shoppers Drug Mart. Its always clean, well organized and well stocked. It can get busy at times but that is acceptable for a store which offers so many services. On that note I had to call into the store to ask about their passport photos and after what felt like 10 minutes of messaging to try and get to customer service the call was finally answered by an extremely rude woman that seemed to have a bit of an accent being very blunt, abrupt and not the slightest bit pleasant about my questions and just hung up without me getting to confirm what I wanted to know. They offer the service I need but think I will choose another location that appreciates the business.
L	Laurie Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2022-01-22 at 1900 hrs , while on shift and in uniform, I attended my sched Covid booster appt at the shoppers drug mart #2205 in walnut grove. The confirmation informed me that I could either have Pfizer or Moderna. Since my first 2 vaccines delivered to first responders were Pfizer I requested Pfizer for my booster. As well as knowing how my body reacts to this vaccine. The Pharmacist refused my request and I was informed that they did not want to give me Pfizer as they would have to open a new bottle and it was uncertain that they would be able to use the remaining doses within the expiry of 6 hours. This store is a 24hr location. I will not recommend this store or pharmacy and will not return. After 5 hours of sleep I rescheduled my booster (Pfizer) at my local Pharmasave.
J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Dispensed a WRONG DOSE to my parent. Hope the girl who took in my parent's prescriptions does her nails after losing this job. Her nails were super long that she can't even type in one letter for 5 seconds. Can't believe the pharmacist on duty is still working as a pharmacist when he can't even do math properly. Transferred to a different pharmacy after this incident.

Huuuge thanks to her and hope her managers give her some props. She’s so cool, doesn’t make me feel intimidated like in other stores, and we always have a good talk. she also recognizes me too every time! she is seriously the best. She ensured me it is returnable unopened and with receipt. I came within the policy date. Upon speaking with the manager she tried to find every excuse not to return the product. First is because she thought I purchased before boxing day. Then finally it was because it was on clearance. Although I understand the policy, that was not what I was told. The manager was dismissive and rude. She was not willing to listen to any reason, instead gave me a number to call that in the end said they cannot do anything. The customer care line is a useless option with no results. Another waste of 20 mins. Shoppers beware Upon reading the other reviews it's clear that the management is not well trained in customer service. Fix this issue Shoppers. Thank you Added after Shopper's response: I had reviewed how the customer care wasted my time by saying they couldn't do anything. Looks like the person responding to the reviews fell asleep at the keyboard. Cookie cutter response. Try again Shoppers.

She gave me options and really knew what she was talking about! I love everything I purchased and will definitely be back to see Tisha.
