N	Nolan Kennelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy mixes up medications and doses. There seems to be a generally high level of confusion floating around behind the counter. Seemingly disorganized and I’ve been told that it’s unreasonable to expect the right meds every time which I disagree with strongly.
L	Laura Franklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years into the pandemic and this store does not honour mask exemptions, even for obviously pregnant women. Was almost kicked out of the store by 2 employees who told me I had to put on a mask or leave. "Exemptions don't apply to this store as the masking policy is set by the owner", said one of the employees who jumped out a me from behind the pharmacy counter as I was walking to the post office area to drop off my package, and that I would "have to leave the store" if I did not put one on. Either the employee just made this reasoning up as the provincial mandate DOES allow for exemptions for individuals who are unable to wear a mask, OR, the owner of this store has set a discriminatory policy against various disabilities and medical conditions that don't allow for individuals to wear masks. Either way, a pretty disgusting way to treat customers.
D	D M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-existent Canada Post “service” - “Eric” is either apathetic or willingfully negligent. I haven’t decided which. Pre-paid vendor authorized return label parcel processed came right back to the origin address after a completely wasted trip to the Canada Post counter. Tracking slip? Why bother. Even if gas tops $2/L, recommend making the drive to the ACTUAL post office at Meadowlands off Golf Links Rd, where the Pros work. Reliable service with much better an attitude there.
a	angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist was very rude to us. We were in the emergency with our 1-year-old the entire day. This lady, without helping us out with the medication, kept shouting to quote" that we are cheating the government". This is pure discrimination; none should be treated this way. Still waiting on the apology, I demanded from the pharmacist. Its been a week.
M	Marilyn Rowan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with the level of service we get from the Pharmacy staff. Mix up with prescriptions, not getting notifications when prescriptions are ready. I tried to call and got the message "We are not taking calls at this time." I went over and was told I wasn't notified as it isn't ready. I said I need it today. I was asked to come back in half an hour. Why bother signing up on the app to get notifications. I wanted to get my flu shot tried to call and got we are not taking calls right now. I went on line. Flu shot shows available and to just walk in. Go into the store and line up. Told that they are not doing flu shots that day. Come back tomorrow. They only do flu shots on Tue, Wed, and Sat. I asked why the website for their store did not state that. She said they can not make changes to the site as it is for all Shoppers. I was then told that is how most Shoppers operate that way with the flu shots. I called several stores and was told that is not the case. This is just some of the issues we have had at this location. I have always loved Shoppers Drug Mart and the Pharmacy service. The one on Concession Street in Hamilton is amazing but we have moved to Dundas so we moved our prescriptions a year ago. Too bad.
K	Kristine F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had great service from the staff at the pharmacy, the post office and the cashiers at the King St. Dundas, On. location. I am not happy with the minimal staffing available to serve customers at the front of the house. I do not mind using the self checkout for a small number of items however when I have a large cart of items , including groceries, it is very inconvenient to use the self check-out as this area is not well designed for this. I have had 2 occasions recently, yesterday and one week ago where there was a fairly long line and only one cashier (there were 3 employees over in the grocery section). Most of the folks ahead of me were elderly. There should have been a second cashier but there was not and the cashier (who was doing her best) did call for help but there was no response. It was very tempting to leave the cart and the store. I did end up using the self checkout but as I stated it was extremely awkward and I did need help for one item-the cashier was very nice and helpful but it took her away from the line-up so more waiting for those folks. I will not be purchasing grocery items here anymore-it is just too inconvenient and annoying. I would suggest this store try a little harder to improve the service at the front of the house by ensuring it is adequately staffed. I would give 4 stars to staff and no stars to management.

As I was checking out at the self check out I realized they were all bent up at the bottom. As I checked them I then realized they were broken inside the bag about 1/3 broken off one side everyone single one. I asked the cash if I can grab another one and they looked at me and hesitated as if I ripped them or something. So then he said ya grab another he said he will put that one back on the shelf. I said why would u do that? Who would want to buy then? And him and the girl said unless the packages is ruined it goes back on the shelf. ? I’m like but they are all ripped. And they said that’s the rules and I said we’ll that’s bad store management what else do you put back on the shelf that comes broken just because the package isn’t wrecked. I said .. oh and I’m sure your mother would love to buy them like that as well?Obviously a manufacturing issue. Careful they prob sell broken eggs as well as long as the carton isn’t broken ???? very disappointed in how they handle just a simple issue can’t imagine a bigger one.
