β β β β β Good and clean and a lot of selection inside. Not a big fan of the low ceilings compared to the newer Shoppers but there is a lot to buy here. The beauty boutique section is well-stocked and the vitamin aisle has a LOT of stuff there too. Overall, not a bad place

β β β β β I was denied a flu shot yesterday around 5:45pm. The staff informed me that they are only giving flu shot to 65+ individuals even though the government directives indicate staff working in long term care facility is also eligible for a shot. I have my staff badge with me and yet she keeps telling me the flu shot is prioritized to 65+. Yes, I understand that but healthcare workers who have direct contact with elderly patients are part of the priority group. I just wish the staff at the location would read the government' s directive more carefully before they are being rude to their potential customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone because of their lack of knowledge and professionalism

β β β β β Went there to exchange 2 nature's bounty biotin orange gummies for berry flavor few weeks back. I am presently using orange flavor gummies but don't like the taste. I have had berry ones before but they were not on shelf when sale was on. Later, saw they were on shelf, so went to shoppers at center point to exchange my orange gummies.
Manager was called and aggressively told me I couldn't do an exchange for sale price, that I would have to pay present price. Really, I went to different location and I had exchange done.

β β β β β Avoid as much as possible. The staff in this location especially in the general items section are very rude, pushy and unprofessional. The older cashiers are trying to push people to use the self checkout even the person is uncomfortable. Another cashier/merchandiser racial profiles people and follow you around the store even though her other coworkers are trying to stop her. Head office should also check this location for smuggling rapid tests.

β β β β β I waited almost an hour on the phone to get a simple prescription. Finally someone picked up, and simply hung up on me. I cannot believe that they would just let a phone ring and ring for an hour and ignore it completely. There are plenty of better pharmacies around that care about their customers. I'll use them from now on.

β β β β β It is a convenient store to go to when you need medication supplies and groceries some pills shoppers is quite helpful the staff and the pharmacists are okay and we'll answer your questions if you have any health questions and they're open from 8:00 in the morning so perhaps midnight in certain locations so it's always good to know that if you run out of milk food or pills rely on shoppers drug Mart to be there for you..
