★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going back. Had numerous prescriptions filled over years here and not once had them be ready when they said. Multiple times being told to come back in a half hour and when I come back an hour later to be told it will be 45mins. This was the last straw as I waited an hour for something that would be "a few minutes" to see when I approached the counter they stuck a note to my bag and threw it to the side. How long would I have been sitting there struggling to breath if I didn't check in? Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change your phone message! I realize it's a corporate message and all stores have same message...but its telling people you offer Rapid Antigen covid testing for travel but you don't! Web site says same. Poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does this place even have employees working in the pharmacy? Been in the pick up line for 20 minutes behind 5 other people and haven't seen a pharmacist tech move from behind their back counter yet. Never experienced this anywhere else. Recommend going to litteraly any other pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the pharmacy to drop off my prescription for medication and was told that it wouldn’t be ready for 24hrs simply because they are too busy to make it. They didn’t recommend another pharmacy for me too take my prescription too therefore I had to ask them where I should take my prescription too and they recommended a place on 9th that was closed in half an hour. I called around and the pharmacy on avonhurst had my prescription ready in half an hour. Definitely plan on going there for now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my daughter to pay for her meds, prescription was dropped off two days prior, after waiting half an hour, it wasn't ready, had to come back. My wife requested a refill on Wednesday, went in on Saturday, not ready yet, said will we ready in 30 to 40 minutes, come back 2 hrs later, they lost it, takes three people to find it. This place has seriously gone downhill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's horrible! Terrible pharmacy staff! They are not competent and not qualified pharmacy staff!! I'm not sure how they were hired!!!
I am taking a very important medicine for my life! My doctor gives me a prescription for a year in advance so that I can get my medicine continuously for a whole year! But, some pharmacy staff just took and canceled my medications due to inattention!!! How? How can this be allowed??? And the worst thing is that no one even said sorry!!! This is terrible, I will write complaints about the staff of this pharmacy to the highest authorities of the pharmacy !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting to lose faith in this location. Recent pharmacy experience was extremely poor. There were no less than 4 staff literally sitting down chatting while I stood there waiting to pick up my prescription without being acknowledged. I was there for probably 5 minutes before some other staff member chatting with a pharmacist finally looked up and said he would be right with me, which was another several minutes. I've also had prescriptions not filled after being sent by my doctor at this location several times in the past.
Also tonight I showed up to pick up a package at the post office at 8:47. I know it sucks to have to work until 9 pm on a Friday but why have posted hours until 9 if you're going to close almost 15 minutes early? There's one amazing young girl that works there and the rest are always miserable. Working until 8:30 makes it difficult enough to make it by 9 and then they turn around and close early. Not really impressed at the moment.
