It would be nice if you updated your operating hours on Google amd if your hours are still the same it would be nice if you stayed open until midnight then. *appreciate the reply from shoppers. But reading the reply and reading other reviews proves one thing: they change nothing. People have complained about hours issue months ago and it's still a problem. If you care about your customers input, you fix the issue. Just a though. **

When you go into the post office you're met with rudeness, overhearing that it was sent back before the note to hold it was seen and instead of apologized to you're told it's up to you to do your part. Good luck dealing with Lori.

I have always had pleasant experience until this evening after finishing up my daughter's birthday I stopped in to buy some makeup for work tomorrow where I manage in retail. There was myself and another lady in the cosmetics isle when the older women with short blond Har and glasses came straight to me after I was only in the store for maybe 60 seconds and said to me with the dirtiest look on her face " when you are done you are to come to my counter with your purchase everything you have" as rude as possible. And then asked the other lady who also had items as politely as possible "if she had found everything okay". I have never been so judge, insulted and humiliated in my life. I instantly put my items down and left shaking. I have called the store to tell a supervisor on sight. However I also felt the need to do a review to state how this awful women treated me considering she has probably treated so many others this way. As a manager in retail this is unacceptable.
L	Linda Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my prescriptions moved to this store because I had moved from the west end. I tried calling the pharmacy many times but they do not answer the phone. I had to go down there in person with my medication in hand. I asked the girl behind the counter as to why I have to come in for every refill. She was short with me and said they were busy and having trouble with their phones going in a loop. This is very poor pharmacy service. Also their parking lot is always full but there are hardly any staff working there and hardly any customers. Who is parking in their lot? I was very disappointed as I assumed all Shoppers Drug Marts operate the same. They have lost me as a customer as I have transferred my file to Greisbach Shoppers Drug Mart where they at least answer their phone. I think the manager or owner should take a good hard look at their pharmacy staff. ~Linda~ I am a senior and it is difficult for me to come in there all the time.

I	Izaak Koolman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue Cross website shows this pharmacy to have Rapid Test Kits often. Pharmacy never has rapid tests. Lots of rapid tests for sale in the area privately. Coincidence? I think not.
