★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a boat in Nanaimo, that needed trailer repairs. Living in Prince Rupert, this ended up being a logistical nightmare to try fix remotely. I called a lot of places and none were willing to help or even talk to me. I was referred to Will, which ended up being a god send! Very good communication, was willing to listen to our situation and was ready and willing to assist. Wasn’t an ideal repair situation, but he understood and was very accommodating. Always answered his phone and was on the repair asap, even finished it early! If I lived in the area, I would never use anyone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiptech responded to my request very quickly. Unlike most mechanics who have no interpersonal or communication skills, Shiptech was really easy to work with. Shiptech completed my Mercruiser engine maintenance on time and for the exact quoted price. I got a list of things I might want to consider addressing in the next year or so but didn't try to upsell me on anything. I also got some good advice on how to get the most out of my boat and what to do to minimize wear. I would use again and highly recommend Shiptech for boat engine maintenance/repair in general and Mercruiser engines in particular. Thanks again!
