★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They placed multiple adds on Facebook for a place for rent, they where quick when replying to ask me to fill out the forms on their website. The form was not easy to find but once found I filled it out, I never heard anything back after, multiple attempts to reach out with no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had hired Marc's company to manage one of our properties in Cornwall. Terminated services with them to go in a different direction and asked about a missing rent payment from a tenant 2 months ago. I haven't heard back.
