★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All around probably one of the worst places you can rent from, length of space prevents one from describing all of their shortcomings not to mention google wont allow me to although a few are listed in previous reviewers posts...in our experience as well as not fixing things they are very untrustworthy slanderous and condescending ...definitely will not rent from again or recommend to others.
Bottom line watch your self with these bloated snakes.
To top the lows they couldnt previously theyre now evicting senior citizens, for persistently paying late rent during whats still a pandemic and for what a virus isnt doing for damage to the elderly already these snakes who arent too far behind in age from being seniors will it seems ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good landlord...always returned my calls if I left a message..sometimes the person who answers is not very friendly but whatever. I loved the apt I rented from them. I think it depends on the actual owner of the properties you rent cause Ace doesn't actually own the places, they just manage them for some owners, alot of them aren't even from Cornwall. If you're a good tenant and neighbour Ace is fair an nice and I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in over a week still waiting for a dryer to replace over it's been 8 months on and of dryer not working there been times were everyone had to wait for a couple of days
But we can't for get the were not the ownes were just a tenant . Hopefully the person that I spoke to reads this .
Like most people in this world will run there company properly .
Call the emergency number which is on Google then press 1 well let me tell disrespectful and her final words are
At the end of the day I'm not an owner I'm a tenant .
And for this to be posted lol I have to still give you guys 1 star lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a virtual look at a house today on Marlborough Street south. I was told that the house would be cleaned and repainted before the virtual look by cellphone. The place was literally a pig pen. Yuck, blue and green walls. On top of that they advertised 2 medium size bedrooms upstairs, rent at $725 of which they changed it to $875. False information; one bedroom was very large and the other one you cannot even put a bed in it. And the Agent had the nerve to tell us after 5 minutes to hurry it up because she had other people that wanted to visit the place. That is very unprofessional. I would avoid this Rental Agency at all cost. They are liars and hypocrites.

I was put in a position where I was going to be away from my home for an extended period ~ so I chose to become a landlord and I asked ACE Property Management to represent me and my home. Cheryl was very friendly, personable and understanding. She could see how nervous I was about renting out my home (my most valuable investment) and she did her best to reassure me and calm my anxiety. She certainly handled all our interactions with professionalism. All in all I was impressed with her people skills and her knowledge of the rental world. Thank you Cheryl!!!

We all can assure the pandemic has been hard and working form home does have its ups an down. ACE has followed all covid protocols and assured our health and safety is priority over all. : )
