I called Sheryl on Wednesday to chat about my situation and she was very prompt about coming right over to help us get started. From there, Tony and Sheryl just took over. Sheryl did all the staging, had their photographer come take the photos, and had it posted up on MLS and their website, and this all happened in 3 days in time for 2 open houses that upcoming weekend! On day 3, we literally had people standing outside our door awaiting groups going through for about an hour. We got a full list price offer that day that we accepted!
