★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot praise Tanja and her team highly enough. Buying a home is a huge decision, even more so when it’s your first home.
Buying a home in the middle of a pandemic? That’s another ball game all together.
Tanja and Ariette were exactly what we needed. They talked us through each stage of the purchase, understood exactly what we were after from the get-go and were wonderfully transparent. On more than one occasion, I would get to a showing to meet them and they’d already have a run-down of the pros and cons of the property, and if they thought we would like it or not. They were never wrong.
This was even more welcome when I was viewing homes with two kids and my partner was away for work. Having an extra, critical eye who shared my opinions was perfect.
On top of that, they even took time from a planned weekend away to take my Husband and I through a few houses together on the rare day he had off. That is true passion!
With the help of Tanja and Ariette, we found and purchased a home that ticked all our boxes - and then some!

As first time home buyers we immediately felt comfortable that they would provide us with good and honest advice during each visit. Ariette was very patient while taking us to see places, and always responded to our late texts requesting a visit. Tanja's experience was really appreciated during the offer and buying process and caught crucial mistakes from the other realtor. We felt at ease knowing she wouldn't miss any important details.

My partner and I were buying a house for the first time in a period of market chaos, super low interest rates, and Covid. Ariette was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, honest, and fair during all of our meetings and viewings. She and Tanja were always the most decent people in every situation we ended up in; other peoples' real estate agents always seemed so smarmy and offputting in comparison! I felt very secure with their guidance, and like it was OK for me to request a viewing for a house that had a good chance of being a lemon, so that I could learn from my mistake and develop my house hunting skills.
There ended up being more drama/difficulty than is normal in our home purchase, and Ariette and Tanja were pillars of professionalism throughout the entire process. They have so much integrity and knowledge, and are super helpful to boot! I'm convinced we wouldn't have a house without them. Every peripheral person they recommended to us (home inspectors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, movers) ended up being top shelf too. This is how things should be done. I only wish that buying a home happened more often for me, because I would support this business again and again and again. I recommend Ariette and Tanja to everyone I know who is thinking of buying or selling.
