β β β β β Great place to shop for plants for all seasons. Do visit them for Christmas trees ans decorations. Amazijg ambience with wood burning in the pit. Children would love it.

β β β β β Great selection of all things plant related! Popped in to pick up a few bags of screenings and a couple ground cover plants. Had to ask where they were hiding and we had our pick of the litter. Will have to bring our birdseed bucket for a refill!

β β β β β Very nice store to buy plants, flowers for balcony, trees, shrubs, and garden accessories. In the winter they also sell Christmas trees in different sizes. In fact they have one of the best selection of Christmas trees in Mississauga. Among other varieties they offer Balsam Fir, Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir and regular Christmas trees. Are you wondering how to transport your Christmas tree home? Easy! They will wrap it up for you and tie it to your car. Amazing service!

There is no mistake that Sheridan Garden is a popular destination and that we as customers have enjoyed browsing and making purchases over the last few years (new to the area). We're not big spenders, only $3,000 to $4,000 over the years.
Spent $400 today, Cashier charged us twice for one of our purchases, and did not take notice until we got home. Called to get a credit back, gave them the invoice number to show them the error and was asked to come back in-store (45 minutes away) to get a refund.
Sure enough we drove back to get the credit ($70), but had to wait in long line of buyers, and then some more when cashier told us they didn't know how to process a refund. We then asked if we could get in-store credit for the whole inconvenience and was told flat out "no". We asked if there was someone we could speak to and was asked to call the phone number for the store. Nice young woman answered to tell us the same thing " no can do". When asked to speak to management to get a better answer we waited 20 minutes on hold and no one ever provided service...
Seems to us we were somehow an inconvenience to them, we never made a stink, we've been polite and understanding throughout...
Thankfully there many other nice, competing nurseries in the area like Springbank and M. Greenhouses. We will not be returning to Sheridan Gardens to be treated like an inconvenience.

β β β β β One stop shop for all your foliage needs. Great variety, vast area, people in all departments are willing to assist with both their knowledge and enthusiasm. Prices are a little on the upper side though but if you re looking for any plant thatβs hard to find elsewhere, chances are you ll find it here! Great store for interiors too though very expensive but selective decor stuff there. Paul and Gabby were very helpful on my recent visit to the nursery as I bought my 900$ Emoire Japanese Red Maple tree- pocket draining but hereβs hoping it will flourish?and will become the pleasure of the eyes of all passers by , as I expect it to be?

β β β β β I went here for the first time and my experience was very pleasant. Kyle greeted me and pointed me in the direction who could assist me with picking the best mother's day gift. The girl helping me potted my flowers beautifully. Both employees were very patient, warm, welcoming and friendly. Kyle helped me to my car as I purchased more than I can hold. I would definitely recommend this nursery and would be back again soon!

β β β β β I made the long trip to this "branch" (hee hee) because the item I needed was out of stock in Markham. My goodness what a treat. While decidedly off-season for most plants and outdoor gardening needs, this nursery still has much to offer. The huge establishment provides a diverse range of quality garden-themed products and quite a few surprises too. Home decor, welcome mats in all sizes, puzzles(!), art, mini greenhouse, and even clothing. By the looks of it, this location is doing renovations to further increase their already cavernous size. On top of all that, the birdbath I was searching for was 20% off. I'll definately visit again during the growing season. Impressive.
