★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Shep’s to move my piano for me, and because there was a 2 hour minimum charge - I utilized the guys for the full 2 hours. They were so fast they moved everything! They were hard workers, and friendly. $120 an hour for 3 guys is a good deal. I highly recommend this company. A lot more professional than other movers I’ve experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh was extremely attentive and worked with me on the packing, move and unpacking at a very reasonable rate. His team was very responsive, friendly and quick. it was such a pleasure to have him assist us in our move and the crew made if fun especially for my children. Everything was carefully packed, transported, and all debris disposed of! I would recommend this company to anyone. Well done and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future or recommend you to my friends and family! Truly a delight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give 10/5 stars if I could!!! I bought my first condo and arranged movers BUT somehow messed up the confirmation so when the time came... No movers. I was devastated. My friend posted on Facebook and Sheps Moving was recommended to her. I got in contact with Josh and they arranged to be at my house less than 2 hours later. They made my day and my week! They were professional, kind, and did great work all with a wonderful sense of humour. I would absolutely use Sheps Moving again and will recommend them to anybody I know that needs help moving. Do yourself a favour and hire their guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joshua broke my flat screen TV with no apology, he also damaged multiple pieces of furniture. He’s not offered to repair or fix anything and he’s blocked me and told me to take him to court. This guy is a scam artist DON’T USE THIS HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easy to forget about the agony once a move is done - I forgot to write this review until today. Shep's moved my son on June 26th last year, at the height of the heat dome. Jeff sent 3 men, charged us for 2, and the movers, carrying furniture down three narrow flights, never spoke a word of complaint. There are no words to express my gratitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Sheps moving to anyone who wants to ensure their items are moved safely and promptly . These movers go the extra mile making sure that they wrapped all my items and secured drawers etc. I had a lot of really heavy furniture so instead of cramming it all in one truck, they decided to call the boss Josh and requested two !! How's that for service! I was so impressed with how quickly they managed to move everything. They also helped me with removing the extra items that I needed to dump, as I was visibly upset from my landlords inappropriate behavior while I was moving , making sure I wouldn't have to come back. I was well supported and they didn't have to do that . They were kind, helpful and when we got to my new home ? they made sure everything was placed where I wanted it. These guys are top notch and I will definitely use them in the future! Thanks again Josh and crew for your outstanding service !! Truly 5 star services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheps helped me with my move from Vancouver to Victoria and I have only positive things to say! They were the most affordable moving company I contacted (out of 4 companies we contacted). From start to finish the experience was great and accompanied by some laughs. Darin and Kevin were the movers and were profession and super careful with all of my belongings and house plants! Everything arrived in perfect condition and all of their equipment was clean, including their truck. Highly recommend them!!
