Helped me understand my body better and helped me to focus in getting closer to my goal. Attentive to proper posture for maximizing my workout. Gym is fully equipped with strength, rehab and conditioning equipment. Perfect for what I need.

They have trained my husband and I for the past couple of months and we have seen significant improvements with just one hour a week. It's hard work, but they make it so fun and competitive that you are never bored. Highly recommend them to help achieve your fitness goals.

The gym it is a quiet environment to work out in. The gym is clean, tidy at all times and they have all the necessary equipment that their clients want. Kayla and Darryl are excellent trainers, they are patient, very courteous and friendly. I work out at least 4 times a week and if I don't work out my body tells me. I have lost weight, inches and gained muscle and motivation to work out. I would not have come this far without the guidance and help without Kayla and Darryl. I had other trainers in other gyms and Kayla and Darryl cannot compare to the others. Hats off to Kayla and Darryl.

Kayla and Daryl (the owners) are amazing as well, they make everyone feel welcomed! Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to train clients, can’t beat the facilities and its affordability :) Love this gym!
