★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 3 pack car wash and used two a couple months back, tried to use the third one but it was expired. Phone the gas station in a rude Hindu guy pretty much told me to screw off. I won't be going there anymore and I would advise you all to not use their car wash as it doesn't do a good job anyways.

Attendant says "I don't have change......go across the street to Save On Foods". Seriously?
I've had enough the past year there. Might go back only out convenience. But will also go out of my way to go elsewhere for: vacuum, gas and car wash".....That Mr. Samuel guy is a real dick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier was extremely rude, I politely asked, after paying with my debit card for a chocolate, if I could get cash back to use the air pump, he says "No, go to save on!" Very rude to begin with, I grab a bill and ask if he can give me change instead, he freaks out and for no apparent reason starts yelling "Im telling you go to save on! I dont want any trouble" and some more stuff I didnt quite get, I told him there was no need to be rude about it, really calmly and he just kept yelling... literally screaming while I was walking out the door. An employee with anger issues maybe I dont know, to me the worst service I have had at a gas satation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to post review without giving one star. Ridiculous. This was a negative 10. Unbelievably terrible and frightening customer service experience. Will NEVER go back and suggest others boycott this racist misogynist. I asked for a refund after waiting nearly an hour for a car wash. There was a massive queue as a patron's vehicle stalled and yet instead of removing said vehicle, allowed it to go through the car wash. The water was filthy (black with debris in all cycles) and I came out with detergent all over my vehicle. Asked politely for a refund and the manager outright ignored me and said "no refund". He refused to speak to me and exhorted his junior employee to ignore me. He flipped me off, and threatened to call the police (I would have welcomed this but thankfully Vancouver's finest have better things to do). Totally unacceptable and their behaviour was witnessed by other customers. Thief!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude attendent. They won't accept cash unless its $20 or under and the guy locks you in with the button under the counter. Didn't realize buying a pack of cigarettes and having to use credit card would be such an uncomfortable experience. I didn't realize Shell supports this kind of behaviour representing their Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash is far better than Esso except no undercarriage wash. 91/93 gas is higher quality than petrocan/chevron 94. Shell app makes paying at pump way better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It shouldn’t say 24 hrs open. Because the attendant told me multiple times to come after 7 for coffee that I want to buy 6:30 in the morning. I also see many customers not being served because he probably tell them the same thing. This morning when I made a comment about loosing a customer his answer was “ I don’t care” .
If you are the business owner who might be reading this, I would also like to tell you that I don’t visit this store to grab my lunch just because of him. If you are someone who’s visiting this store , expect a very disappointing experience.
