We normally fill up gas at this station, although it can get very full during the peak season. The convenience store also has a clean washroom which is a plus.

Diesel pump doesn't say in big letters that it's only for diesel, always big lineups during morning. Waited about 10 mins and realized that pump was diesel only. But the staff was really friendly.

I would like to commend "Shell" for giving us (Health workers) a free sandwiches and a free hot beverages during this pandemic.Your kindness and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.Also, staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience. The staff was very rude. I went there to refill my car and I paid at the pump. But the staff chased me out when I was leaving and told me "you should pay me the gas". I said I did at the pump, and he said no. Sometimes the machine doesn't work well and I understand. I just hoped to figure out what was wrong. So I asked if that's because of my card or the machine not taking certain cards. No response at all. I was treated as a fraud. Then when I tried to pay again, the tap function didn't work, he asked me to "insert or swipe" with no respect...but you know what, I was charged TWICE on my credit card, and now I have to call and cancel the first transaction. I will recommend people to go to Petro Canada on wolf or maybe try the other shell in town.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed a bag of ice. Pumps are self serve here. Prices were in line with the other stations in Banff and only a penny a liter more than Calgary. So there's no reason not to get gas here. They even fix cars here.

No doubt they have best gas ever. Lovely to see the cleanliness of the washrooms and the inside store. They have excellent customer service and friendly staff. They also have pretty Good deals on coke, Pepsi and other products. I will definitely come back to get a fresh coffee and fresh muffins. Love it and keep it up

Amazing location and easy to access! There is clean and tidy washrooms available to the public . Super positive staff! Anything you need for a road trip, they've got it .. Fresh sandwiches,burger, subs and milk .. Love this place ..

On Wed. Jan 19/22 I stopped at this garage as it was the ONLY option in Banff with a service garage I was told by the Shell attendant on Lynx Street. The attendant at Husky also advised me to this location as they don't carry headlights. I was out in Banff on vacation with my daughter and small grandchildren. None of us knows how to change headlights even if we could have found them. Both of my headlights burned out on Tunnel mountain Tuesday evening. Driving back into the hotel parkade they briefly came on but quickly went out again. Wed. around noon, I headed to this station to see if I could get them replaced. The attendant in the front store told me to ask the mechanic. Through the garage door he motioned me. The man working was busy talking with a customer so I waited my turn. He pulled his mask up and came over and asked me what I was after. I explained what happened with the lights while he looked at me with a smirk. I don't think he believed me for what ever reason and didn't check if they even had the lights my vehicle would need. He asked what I was doing tomorrow and I said checking out and driving home. He said, Oh, well maybe stop in around 8 am. I thanked him and left. I guess he didn't care how I was to drive with no headlights that night or if I needed them on the highway due to bad weather or just for visibility in general. Drop everything and help me? No I didn't expect that or any preferential treatment, just some help. I'm a senior lady and was in need of assistance. Thank you sir for really turning me off Shell. I would be out of gas and freezing to death before I stop at this Shell or give them any further business. In friendly Banff, of all places!
