Z	Zoë Olesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service with the woman is great they always have a smile and do their job right. Not hating against men but they are always rude. Never smile. Start talking in another language as they were dealing with me every time. I have no idea what they were saying as I don’t speak their language, but it is not to be tolerated as I worked customer service for years and know how it should be done. I didn’t want to write a review. But this has happened countless times. I would come in with a positive attitude and try to be nice as it is a hard time for all right now. I always get the same rude glares and disrespect. Some people there need a serious talking to and probably find a new career as it is very clear customer service is not for you.

Seems as though she hates her life, but don't blame her. $10 an hour working at a gas station....jeez

O	Oliver Thiessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate being that person that complains about customer service as I work in the industry and have dealt with a lot of Karens & Karls - but the person who works the front desk here has atrocious manners. She never acknowledges customers presence, is always talking to someone on her bluetooth/phone device, and just turns around and stares at you until you tell her what you want. There is no "Hi there how can I help you?" or "How are you doing tonight?" it seems like your very presence in the store causes her a great deal of pain as many times she rolls her eyes as if you asked her for the world. I know it's probably not the funnest job in the world, but we are all human beings and should be kind to each-other regardless of the situation. As the old saying goes "treat others as you'd like to be treated"...
T	Trust Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why put a tv in the laundry mat? Alot of loitering going around because people want to check their lotto tickets. Hard to do laundry when so many people standing around inside and out while smoking too.

I've been going there for years and I am getting to the end of my rope with being ignored by workers while they chat and text (or what ever) on their phones. Sometimes the workers are in the back room socializing and I actually have to go find them to get service. And then they look at me as if I'm an inconvenience to them. Pay attention, leave your phones alone, and read up on what good costumer service should look like.
L	Lucy Lusifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most inconvenient convenience store I've ever seen, and as if somehow illustrate that fact they know only accept cash which nobody ever carries anymore anyways the area would be better without this being here at all it is a waste of space

We are a local business that uses the facility for laundry and our basket was accidentally left for a few days, our aprons along with the basket were tossed. When we asked the clerk inside they were well aware and knew it was ours, so why wouldn't a fellow business help another out.
