I have typically had my Mazda 3 serviced at the dealer, but was looking for an alternative quote for strut replacement after having the dealer tell me it needed to be done. For starters, my quote from Sheehan-Kriese was 2/3 of the dealer cost. And more importantly, when I actually took it in they found out the work wasn't even required and told me so. That's $600 I don't have to spend right now, and they are guaranteed my business going forward when I need it. Thanks so much!

Originally became a customer when Bill Sheehan owned the business and Kerry has maintained the same level of very professional service. Kerry will not replace anything that does not need replacement and he always explains what he did and why it needed doing. Very honest, reliable and trustworthy!!!
