They're always there if you need them and work with you and your schedule (within limits) and the value of the services they provide is excellent! I've recommended to dozens of people to start going here and they've all had the same great experiences as I have!! Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Shaw rd Vet. Not only are they very prompt to answer questions and get our pets in, but they are very affordable. I have been back and fourth with different vets in London, and Shaw rd is by far the best. I trust them and the information they give, as well as trust them with the care of my dogs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they truly make pet care a good experience! I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this family for years! And when it was time to put my dog down at nearly 15, they got me appointment for the next day. She passed over night and still was able to keep the time slot and change the appointment to setting up her remains. Now I take my new puppy there and they remember my family and I! I recommend them to my friends all the time!

Can't recommend them enough, and Smokey loves their cat treats!
