V	Val O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened a few years ago but after seeing some 4 star reviews I believe it needs to be heard again: I do genuinely believe that the Doctor that works at this hospital has absolutely no clue what he's doing. Ive brought my dog here for the past 4 years, and each appointment I go to I feel like the doctor doesnt care or do anything for my dog. My dog has an extremely terrible eye infection (mind you that it could have been prevented), and yet every time I went here the doctor would just prescribe eye drops. After spending hundreds of dollars on pointless eye drops, I decided to take my dog someplace else. Now that I've been to another doctor for the same issue, my dog has to have surgery to remove one eye. Not only have I had a TERRIBLE experience here but now I have to spend thousands of dollars on something that could have been prevented…. Most importantly my dog has had to go through hell and back. I have heard terrible reviews on this hospital from the internet, and also close family and friends. Please to all the people who are thinking of bringing their pets here, don't. I have a 4ish lb long-haired chihuahua who would/ has NEVER bitten anyone but yet this “doctor” decided to put a muzzle on my dog so tightly not even 1 finger could go in between. Save yourself and your pet the time and exhaustion and go somewhere else. (Also you're very lucky Google only allows me to give you 1 star… you guys surely do not deserve it.

L	Linda Wallace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very worried about my kitten, and the staff squeezed me in for an emergency appointment. The vet examined her thoroughly and set up a simple but effective treatment plan. I was so relieved my kitten was okay.
A	Aidan Morse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience when I brought my dog here for the first time on Feb 15/2022 for some skin issues. The vet checked her vitals but only took two seconds to look at her skin, and didn't provide any insight to the problem. I still had a number of questions when he left the room mid conversation. I assumed he was going to get something. He returned only cracking the door a few inches to say coldly "you can go now".The vet seemed to have 0 interest in the health of my pup, the woman vet or vet tech (not sure) was more helpful near the end of the experience, yet there was no transparency on the cost or the items being prescribed. It felt as though I was ushered out of there. It is like night and day compared to my previous vet in BC and I would not recommend coming here.

Not only did he man handle her and almost drop her, he did tests without consulting or asking me. I called around and the tests were not only unnecessary but 2x the price of other vets. Do not recommend this man.

A	Alaura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is new to us. I was very pleased with the availability of an appointment which we required urgently (the cat has asthma... figures lol). It was so nice to learn that we can trust this clinic for all of our animals, without having to worry about being assaulted by (what often seems to be) price gouging. Super friendly staff, availability, fair pricing and quality care. Recommend.
