★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we had to put my 20 year old cat down due to something happening as he was an older cat we were forced to take him here out of convenience no other vet could see us and by the time they could he would’ve died at home, so we take him to the nilestown vet they gave only a brief few minutes to say goodbyes they then came in with the injection and gave it to him minutes later the doctor started poking my cats eyeball to see if he was dead. as an 18 year old who’s cat was older than her seeing that traumatized me for months i’ve put pets down before and that is most definitely not the procedure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a joke of a doctor and clinic. Vets are supposed to people that love animals, I get the feeling from this doctor that is not what he is about.
Witnessed with my own ears him yelling at his staff and the staff just continued on with their day as if this is probably how they are treated every day.
Disagrees with clients and gets rude with them if they disagree with him.
I’m not to sure about this place all around, the other reviews I’ve read on here are not the greatest either as I’m expecting others have had poor experiences.
Not a good vet if you are wanting someone to take care of your animals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased. Dog was not eating for several days. Was able to have an appointment for the next morning. First time for this vet. Problem found and pills issued. Is eating soft food until prescription finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had recently changed vets and EMAM came highly recommended by several family members. Dr. Dev was GREAT with both of our dogs, on 2 separate occasions. Then we had to deal with a tough decision for our 19.5 year old cat. Dr. Dev and the entire staff were wonderful! They were very understanding about our grief and did everything that they could to help us through the process. A few days later we received a condolence card , with a paw print they had taken after we left. What a wonderful keepsake to receive! Thank you Dr. Dev to you and the entire staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my cat in due to a very loose tooth. They pulled it in office without issue and didn't try to force me into unnecessary treatments. All staff were incredibly friendly and great with my cat. Prices are completely reasonable. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried with some of the comments on here but decided to take her in. Glad I did very pleased with the care she got.wasnt good news but they where very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend them.
this will be our new vet. The price is very reasonable not expensive.
