What I really liked on a personal level is that you can speak to her freely, without worrying about asking her questions. Her professional work has helped a lot., either for my personal matter and my business. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a professional accountant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharyl is a very incompetent accountant. Filed my tax return as a none resident when I was actually a resident. Because of her mistakes CRA refunded me 40K less than they should, and CRA also earsed all my tuition credit. I had to fix all these trouble myself because first, if I want her to fix it for me, it's gonna cost me another $700, and second, she probably will mess up again. I really doubt how did she get her license. The initial service fee was about 700-800 dollars, and because of her unqualified work, I had to waste my own time to deal with all the problems she created for me.
I highly recommend you avoid using her for your accounting service at any cost.
