Like a child did the work, and sent it out after her money grab. Unacceptable!, took advantage of a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and no sales motive. Owner expects customers to wander around and find things on their own and doesn't even have accurate knowledge of what she is selling. She could not tell me if the ring she sold me was a real diamond or lab manufactured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service, they made me feel awful about myself for having to get my ring made bigger. I have never felt more humiliated in a business, she made me cry in front of another customer. Will not be supporting her business and will take my ring out of town to get it sized, which is unfortunate, as I love to support the businesses in our town usually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a pair of earrings for repair...a tiny little loop that held a drop part of the earring that needed to be closed up. They charged me $40 for this minuscule repair. We took my husbands wedding ring in a year or so ago to replace a small diamond that formed an eagle eye...very poor job. The setting tarnishes easily and is not near as nice as the original setting! I will never take anything to this business ever again. Unfortunately is the only place in 100 Mile House. I will wait from now on to take jewelry to my jeweller on the coast! Poor, poor service!
