I appreciated how they consulted about the project beforehand, giving me options — and then delivered beyond expectations. It makes me feel grateful that I can continue to use this piece that belonged to my great grandmother.

After searching in vain to find exactly what I wanted in a dining room table, I decided to ask the owners of Sharon O'Dowd Antiques, Sharon & Aneste, to create one for me. The result, a round table top made from oak in a distressed finish, mounted on top of a painted antique base, was just what I was hoping for! I give them 5 Stars for their excellent taste, great customer service and high quality product!

There is no service anywhere like Sharon's that we know of. Her latest work for us was a fully restored antique farm weigh scale that the shop transformed from throw-away to museum quality. The craftsmanship is amazing. We also had a harvest table made from 12" antique farm boards and legs from Quebec, plus a bench.The whole project came out beautifully. We've never been anything but delighted with Sharon, her husband and their team of skilled artisans.

I had a pair of antique nightstands with broken decorative filigree railing around the top that four other restoration shops had refused to touch and told me was simply too detailed to fix. But Anesty looked at it and told me he'd give it a try and to expect to hear from him in about 6 weeks. Not only was the work completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule, but the craftsmaship is impeccable! It's near impossible to tell the original work from Anesty's! If you have furniture restoration that other shops are telling you is too difficult be done, give Sharon O'Dowd a try. You'll probably be amazed. I know I was!
