★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shifu Yuan (Shi Xing Wu) is the genuine Shaolin monk who came to Canada to spread his knowledge and wisdom into martial arts, after being more than 18 years the leader of the Shaolin Temple in Henan Province, China.
I have had the opportunity to meet Shifu Yuan, and since the first meeting I have considered myself privileged to be trained by him in discovering these ancient secrets at the Shaolin Martial Arts Academy 少林禪武學院.
It is, indeed, like being trained in the original Shaolin Temple in China, without actually traveling to China.
I encourage anyone who is interested in exploring the martial arts, or is looking to improve his/her health, to come to one of Shifu Yuan's classes (Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong etc.) and practice under the direct guidance of this great teacher.
This experience might change one’s life for the better, and one might want to stick around to absorb as many secrets as possible from the experience of Shifu Yuan, the leader of the Shaolin Martial Arts Academy 少林禪武學院.
