My daughter gave me a gift for a spa. I had a very relaxing experience. Helen is realy great and awesome. Hot stones on your back, body massage then body wrap then facial. I am coming back for a foot massage. It is so pampering. I would highly recommend them.

I felt transported to another world and all stress was gone completely. Over 2 hours of relaxing warm pampering. I loved it all A treat from my Daughter and Son in Law. Hot rocks, Amazing Deep message, warm message table, then a deatailed layered indepth facial. Incredible ! And so amazing warm body wrap. The entire Treatment was Beautifully done and so incredibly relaxing! ?All in a tranquil environment. Just Lovely. Wonderful smiles and friendly. My appointment was exactly on time. Just a wonderful 5 star body spa. Thank you so very much for a lovely relaxing Treatment. Highly recommend. Professional and Spotlessly Clean . Excellent value.

Anna is a great massage therapist. She has really helped my back, shoulder, neck and arms, sore and tired from overuse at a bakery. Highly recommend both Anna and Helen. Reasonable rates. Try the hot stone massage.

In a sketchy area so probably not best to go alone or at night. Found a groupon & went with a friend. Massage was good especially for the price. Was surprised after we tried to leave, there was a $10 coupon tax..

I was given a groupon for this massage place for Christmas and decided to use it today. What a mistake that was. Even though I read some not so good reviews, I decided to give the place a chance. Upon calling for an appointment I was already greeted with horrible customer service, however I again tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them a try. When I arrived I was told to just sit and wait with no offer of tea or anything else like other spa places do to start the tranquil experience. After waiting about 20 mins, I was then told to go in the room and just lie down. I waited for what seemed like another 15 mins before anyone came into the room and when they finally did, there was no introduction or mentioning of what they were going to be doing, instead just went right to work. A nice relaxing massage I was finally told, more like torture! I've been for a few massages and have never experienced such a painful and horrible, if you even want to call it a massage, in my life. She basically ground her knuckles into my skin for the whole duration of time. I was tempted to end the massage a few times because I could not take the pain anymore, but again I decided to see if the massage would improve. Nope, it just got worse and when she was finally done she covered me up with the sheet just to continue the torture and slapped her hands up and down my body before giving a big slap on my buttocks and says "ok done!" and then just exits the room. I was in disbelief at what actually just occurred and I could not wait to leave. If anything I ended up with more discomfort and pain now than before I went in and I'm now afraid that she might have injured a part of my neck. I was told I had to pay the taxes of the groupon which is no big deal, but I did not tip for the services because I did not sign up for being made to feel pain. There was nothing relaxing or tranquil about the whole experience at all! Will never go back here and do not recommend to anyone looking for a good massage.

It was a great experience; wasn't like those places that do dirty deeds, I fell asleep, during the session.(meaning it was pretty relax, I kept my mask on and my eyes shut for the whole session) I did a 2 hour session including deep tissue and fully body scrub. We started off with hot stone(unexpected I wasn't expecting it, which was great) The deep tissue was great!, she got all my joints and loosing them all out. Her skills was as if she has been doing it for quite some time as I presume she is the owner and older. The body scrub, I can understand how some may of complained about the salt, but it's enough to do the job, she scrub the spots that were bad while not putting too much pressure on it. It was a good first experience.
