★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this place & always feel so welcomed by the friendly staff. I LOVE my colour which is such a relief after switching salons. I don't like the other overpriced snobby places so this is a great fit for me. Parking is easy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to Shampoo for about 4 years now and each time I'm very blown away by the quality of the haircut and the fun, friendly atmosphere! If you're looking for a professional haircut, this has gotta be the best place in West Vancouver! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for a long time but not anymore-they have a snobby attitude and don't get the color right and passed me to many others who work there as Carrie didn't want to do my hair. They are in West Van and cater to the moneyed people. I have a great stylist now and am glad I don't have to travel all the way there to put up with their "airs".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't understand how anyone would think the Staff at Shampoo were snobby in any way. I consider myself very lucky to have found this wonderful space 5 years ago. My experience has been hugely positive and I look forward to my appointments in this lively, friendly and very professional salon. My hair has never looked better and I would be very reluctant to trust a cut and color to anyone else now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve know Kim and Carrie for many years, but just recently started going to Shampoo for both cut and colour and I am so happy I made the switch! My colour is gorgeous and the cuts are exactly how I like them. The atmosphere is super fun and friendly not like some other snobby salons. I highly recommend Shampoo. My teenage daughters are also going there and if they are happy that says a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Shampoo. I had been almost 2 years without a cut or colour (combination of covid & pregnancy & then new baby)... Needless to say, I was so desperate to have my hair cut and coloured. The team at Shampoo were so lovely about me bringing my very clingy 4 month old with me. Kim gave me a fantastic fresh cut & Crystal worked her magic with a full head of highlights. All while being very patient and kind to me juggling my teething 4 month old on my lap.
Thank you team Shampoo. I am so grateful for your kindness and your amazing skills to help me feel human again!
