Leo and Chantal were a clear first choice and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. The level of service, professionalism and sound advice they provided us were second to none. Chantal arranged for a professional stager to help us set up and prepare for showings, she lent us props and decorations to spruce the place up even more and she was extremely diligent with follow ups after every single showing. In the end, we got full asking price for our place and it sold much more quickly than we had expected. We couldn’t be happier with Chantal and we’d recommend her to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently (January 2022) used Chantal Johnson and Leo Wilk as my real estate team to help sell my house and buy an apartment. I was more than happy with the job they did for me. Chantal did a great job of walking me through the process, and making what could have otherwise been a very stressful time into a smooth transition for me. Chantal was excellent at communicating with me and was always there to answer any questions I had (which there were a lot of). She did an excellent job at negotiating on my behalf, to get me the best price on my old and my new home. She provided me with regular updates on things I needed to be doing, who to talk to, and what needed to be done before moving out and into my new place. Chantal made the process of buying and selling a home seem easy and painless. She did a great job for me, I would use her as my real estate agent again and would recommend her to anyone else.
