Hairology has changed my hair forever! Susan is incredible and I won't trust my hair to anyone else. I let her do whatever she wants because I'm always happy and I leave her chair feeling beautiful. She's a great coach on how to achieve healthy hair. Highly recommended!

I'm so happy Susan and Deanna's salon is open again! I visited on Thursday and felt very safe, everyone wore masks and they even gave one to me to use so I didn't make mine dirty. They only had two chairs working to keep distancing, and just like before, their work is just the best.

I got my hair done here a couple of days ago and I am super happy with it. I was super nervous as it was the first time I was colouring my hair. I wanted something really natural which is kind of more challenging to achieve. Susan did balayage and a haircut (her recommendation) on my hair. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients which is evident in her amazing work and recommendations. I’ve been getting so many compliments ever since and will definitely recommend here to everyone.

I love coming to Hairology! Susan is absolutely amazing. I love how professional she is and how she always gives great tips and advice. Her cuts are beyond amazing and I always get compliments on them. Love the quality products used and how no corners are cut. Post COVID19 the salon is completely compliant with all the new protocols and they are taken seriously so it's rest assured that you are getting a beautiful service with all the safety of both the stylists and the clients in mind. I'm super happy with absolutely all the services I have received at this salon.

I went in with very high hopes because of all of the positive reviews. I was very clear about what I wanted and that was dismissed and ignored. I was also expecting them to use Aveda products (which is why I chose this salon) but they used very perfumey, generic products instead. I was charged 330 for "almost full highlights" and a haircut. The haircut was very fast, extremely unflattering, not at all what I wanted. Long pieces were missed in the back, it has no shape and I wanted it much shorter, but she wouldn't take off more than one inch. The highlights are also not what I asked for and there are only a few, very poorly placed highlights. Many are underneath my very thick hair where no-one will see them. There is one random highlight on the back of my head that starts half way down and the rest of the entire back has none. The toner didn't even make it onto a lot of the highlights. This took 4 hours. I found her rude and very rough. A large amount of toner was spilled on the armrest and got under the cape and onto my arm. She seemed very inconvenienced to clean it up and get me a new cape. I got a rash on my neck because after she cleaned it up she didn't replace the towel so the wet toner hair was resting on my neck. I asked her politely to wash it off and she said she couldn't until later so it stayed on my neck burning. A few minutes later she rubbed it with a dry towel. Overall it was the worst experience I've had at a salon and the most expensive. I got my hair done for an event and I will be wearing a ponytail for the next six months to hide this overpriced fail. In response to the owner: Come back for more of this treatment? No thanks!

I had my balayage and roots touch up by Diana at Hairology .She’s AMAZING!!!!!!it’s been almost 5 years that she is doing my hair ,every single time I told my husband that it was my best hair color ever!!! Diana is soooo good!!! Keep up your great job lady!

Susan joon is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to! I’ve visited her a few times and I can tell she loves and cares about what she does. She pays attention to every bit of detail and tells you what you need to know about your hair. Me, a picky teenager, can assure you that she won’t disappoint one bit?

I absolutely love this Salon!! My hair was so damaged from heat and dyeing in the past and Suzi has made it so healthy and silky smooth while also giving me the exact colours I’ve asked for. Aside from the amazing colour correction and technique she also always offers up her knowledge about the newest research on hair treatments and really teaches you how to best treat your hair at home. It’s really just a great overall experience and the staff is just so sweet and caring. I HIGHLLLYY recommend this place (I commute about an hour just to go here!! yes, it’s THAT good).
