★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious dessert in Victoria!! I'd highly recommend the mini balls with purple rice and mini balls anni tofu!! Not too sweet! I love the tea soup in the mini balls anni tofu! I'm looking forward to the Matcha dessert!!
Healthy dessert! Resist COVID-19 and enjoy dessert. Blackball Dessert Victoria is the first choice!!
Beautiful storefront renovation and feel very comfortable to enjoy the dessert in there. Can take many very nice photos with friends there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered bubble waffle ice cream taste so bad. The ice cream they use are the cheap kind big bulk ones. The bubble waffle is soggy. And I saw the girl was using a dirty table clothes to wipe off the extra chocolate syrup. I only had one bite and throw it away. Waste of 10 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is super pretty and welcoming, although they got my order wrong. I ordered the Mochi oreo milk tea and got the matcha oreo milk tea. It was probably an accident,,, still tasted good though. Didnt realize halfway through the order was incorrect,,
Update: i returned and they give me a reasonable discount. I ended up getting the brown sugar cheese milk tea! I highly recommend. Best bubble tea I’ve had! The owner was very kind and made sure everything was good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to buy the strawberry yogurt from Partea and had a good impression on the drink, but the same yogurt I got from SH91 dessert (the second location of Partea) got me so disappointed. It literally tasted like water and had absolutely no taste of strawberry at all. It wasn’t even sweet. I double checked that when I ordered the sugar level was fixed so no way for me to instruct the staff to add less sugar. Not sure if they adjusted the recipe because that cuts the cost but how can you even sell your drinks and make a profit if it doesn’t taste good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute and yummy asian dessert place. The service was great, the cafe was clean and we'll decorated, and the food was authentic and the portions were big. We tried the matcha parfait and strawberry egg waffles, both are great. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going here! I always bring my friends that are open to trying new things here. They have super good waffles and jelly treats. They always seem to be out of the strawberries for the strawberry parfait so I have yet to try it. I have had there match one which was super good. The whole vibe to this place is so fun, I totally recommend coming here with friends.
